Life Cycle Cost Analysis Services
This business area includes the conduct of cost analyses to determine the total cost of acquisition and ownership of a system over its useful life. Life Cycle Cost (also known as Total Ownership Cost (TOC)) includes the cost of development, acquisition, installation, operations, manpower, material support, and disposal. These analyses are performed concurrent with system design as part of the developer's systems engineering process, as part of the program management decision support process, or as part of any statutory requirement for an independent cost estimate.
