LCC Analysis Products
BAI personnel have conducted numerous life cycle cost (LCC) analysis efforts to estimate the total cost of acquisition and ownership of a system over its useful life. Since Life Cycle Cost (or Total Ownership Cost (TOC)) provides the summation of estimated development, acquisition, installation, operations, manpower, material support, and disposal costs, BAI has also performed LCC analysis for individual cost elements and various Hardware Breakdown Structure (HBS) levels, as part of the program and proposal management decision support process.
These efforts have included:
- Life Cycle Cost for the Litton Advanced Systems Division JSF EW Receiver System proposal
- Life Cycle Cost for the Litton Amecom E-2C ALR-73 RWR System upgrade proposal
- Life Cycle Cost (LCC) for the Boeing P-3 UPDATE IV proposal
- Life Cycle Cost (LCC) for the J-52 Engine, comparing the cost benefits of implementing reliability and maintainability (R&M) changes by attrition over the engine life cycle versus forced retrofit
- Logistics Requirements and Funding Plans for the MK XV IFF System
- Logistics Requirements and Funding Plans for the F-14D IRST System
- Logistics Requirements and Funding Plans for the F-18 ATARS
- Logistics Requirements and Funding Plans for the USN-2 SAHRS
- Logistics Requirements and Funding Plans for the ASN-139 CAINS 2
- System Operating and Support Cost analysis for the A-6F aircraft
