Proposal Management Products

BAI personnel combine over 30 years of highly successful experience in the federal acquisition and proposal development areas with win-related technical project management experience as a subcontractor to major defense prime contractors and system integrators. The formal training and experience of our proposal management personnel includes a variety of internal corporate and commercially available techniques and processes, including the Silver, Shipley, APMP, and major prime contractor approaches, in both full-blown and tailored form. This experience includes the capture, management, development, review and evaluation of proposals for Navy, Air Force, other Federal, and Prime Contractor RFPs covering virtually every contract type, acquisition phase, and acquisition category (ACAT) level, on aircraft, engine, radar, avionic, and EW systems engineering, shipboard electronic, land-based missile, and technical services projects.
